Orders are shipped Monday - Friday from 11am - 5pm (CET). Orders must be placed by 11am (CET) for same day dispatch. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

- Η υπηρεσία παράδοσης επόμενης ημέρας είναι διαθέσιμη για τις περισσότερες περιοχές της Αττικής.
- Η υπηρεσία παρέχεται χωρίς καμία χρέωση για παραγγελίες αξίας 100,00 ευρώ και άνω.
- Για παραγγελίες μικρότερης αξίας η χρέωση είναι 5,00 ευρώ.
- Οι επιτρεπόμενοι τρόποι πληρωμής για παράδοση επόμενης ημέρας είναι ηλεκτρονική πληρωμή μέσω πιστωτικής/χρεωστικής κάρτας ή κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό.
- Η παράδοση επόμενης ημέρας ισχύει για παραγγελίες που έχουν ολοκληρωθεί τη προηγούμενη εργάσιμη μέρα έως τις 15:00. Οι παραγγελίες που έχουν ολοκληρωθεί μετά από εκείνη την ώρα και έχει επιλεγεί η υπηρεσία παράδοσης επόμενης ημέρας, θα προωθούνται προς παράδοση την επόμενη εργάσιμη μέρα.
- Σε περίπτωση κατάθεσης σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό είναι απαραίτητη η αποστολή του αποδεικτικού κατάθεσης, στην ηλεκτρονική μας διεύθυνση firstname.lastname@example.org έως τις 15:00 της προηγούμενης ημέρας.
- Οι παραδόσεις θα γίνονται Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή 10:00-19:00 (εξαιρούνται οι επίσημες αργίες)
- Σε περίπτωση που η παράδοση δεν πραγματοποιηθεί λόγω απουσίας του παραλήπτη, η αποστολή της παραγγελίας θα προωθείται στη συνεργαζόμενη εταιρεία courier. (Η χρέωση των 5,00 ευρώ ΔΕΝ επιστρέφεται.)

Terms and Conditions
- Next Day Delivery Service is available for most areas of the Attica region.
- Next Day Delivery Service is offered without charge for all orders of 100,00 Euros and above.
- For orders less than 100,00 Euros, the charge for the above-mentioned service is 5,00 Euros per order.
- In order for the order to be processed for Next Day Delivery the payment must be completed online via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
- Next Day Delivery service is available for orders completed by 15:00 of the previous working day. If the chosen method of payment is Bank Transfer, the receipt of bank transfer must be sent to our email address email@example.com by 15:00 of the previous working day.
- Delivery days and hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00 (Excluding Public Holidays)
- In case the order is not delivered due to the absence of the addressee, the order will be forwarded to our affiliated courier company for delivery. (The 5,00 Euro charge for Next day Delivery is NOT refundable.)

DUE TO CUSTOMS REASONS THERE IS NOT A POSSIBILITY FOR RETURNS OF ANY KIND FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU.
A. Cancellation of order prior to delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
The customer has the right to cancel his command that is to say to cancel the transaction of purchase before taking the purchased products only if the products have not been already delivered towards the customer's address. In this case, the client sends a statement to the cancellation by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and christianzencouture.com will accept cancellation and refund of the purchase price.
B. Change the product after delivery
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to request a change of purchased product. Changes will not be accepted for products sold with a discount at the time of purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
C. Refunds (If applicable)
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, a further right to return the buying product and to reclaim the fee paid as provided by the Greek legislation on consumer protection (the right to withdraw from the sale been made). In this case, the Customer sends an e-mail message to christianzencouture.com the email address noted above firstname.lastname@example.org, seeking return of the product and return of the price paid.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Deadline for changing or returning goods
For GR Returns
You may return an item within fifteen (15) days following its date of delivery. Five (5) days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. .
For EU Returns
You may return an item within twenty (20) days following its date of delivery. Ten (10) days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.
Status of returned products
Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right to withdraw from the sale) on the entire product is purchased and can be exercised only in a part of the product (eg accessories for the product).
Status of returned products
The refund or change of a product will not be accepted if it is shown that the product is used and will be returned to the customer under his own charge. Products must be returned (for refunds or change) in their original condition, complete and undamaged and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.). They must not be worn, have been altered or washed and the labels must remain on the product.

- To return your product(s) you should mail it/them to Laura Christiansen (ChristianZen office), Nikolaou Plastira 33, 14671, Nea Erithrea, Attica Greece.
- Should you return an item, you incur only the cost directly involved in having to ship the item(s) back to us.
-If the reason for returning an item lies with our Company, we take full responsibility for any shipping costs involved in the return at our expense; we will then send back the correct item at the shipping address you have indicated, via courier.
- For any product which is returned or the requested change, the customer must include when sending a copy of proof of original purchase.
Cost of delivery for goods requested change
For products for which there is a quest of change, the customer will be charged the cost of the second delivery of new product obtained after the change.
Conditions for returning goods
- To avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend that you thoroughly inspect the items you have purchased as soon as you receive them, checking the condition the purchased items are in, for signs of damage to the packaging, and for any visible indications of potential problems. Depending on the billing method you elected for your purchase and the shipping method you selected when return the item(s), we will refund you money within 7-10 business days as of the date we received the goods you are returning.
- Failure to comply with any of these conditions, christianzencouture.com is entitled to either (a) consider the right to change or refund was not made invalid and therefore not to accept the return or change of the product or (b) (especially in the case products are not returned intact, which have been worn or used) to accept the change or return and simultaneously to claim compensation from the customer the value of the returned product defects.
Once christianzencouture.com receives a request refund or product change and provided that the above conditions are observed, will credit the customer's credit card with the amount. To process the request and making credit record is usually required 7 working days. The customer will be notified once it has been fully processed the request refund / change. In the case referred above that christianzencouture.com entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products, will be entitled to offset the amount of compensation with the refund price.
If you are shipping an item over 100 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Items purchased on christianzencouture.com can also be returned to the ChristianZen store, providing the documents delivered with the item you wish to return.
